As someone with a passion for food who’s had my share of health issues including autoimmune disease and breast cancer, I know how hard it can be to maintain a healthy lifestyle while still enjoying the foods you love.
I believe that healthy food can and should taste amazing and that by making small, doable changes you can live a healthier and happier life! Changing the foods I ate helped me to overcome my health challenges, including putting my autoimmune disease into remission and remaining cancer free for over 5 years!
I created A Little Healthier to help you do the same! I whole heartedly believe that everyone can be a little healthier!
