A few words from Liz….

“I know how it feels to be faced with a scary diagnosis, to wake up not happy in your own skin and to experience the unpleasant symptoms of autoimmune disease. By discovering which foods are serving me and which foods are harming me and by learning how to sustainably and enjoyably incorporate these foods into my daily life, I am finally able to live my best life! I My sole purpose is to “pay it forward” and help my clients resolve their health challenges through an individualized nutrition prescription so they can get back to the business of living! Every person has the right to feel good about themselves and to feel healthy and vibrant! I consider it my mission and a great privilege to help my clients achieve this freedom in their lives and will work tirelessly to help them achieve their goals.”

About Liz

Liz’s diverse background combines a deep devotion to the science of functional nutrition with a love of fitness, a passion for cooking and a wish for all individuals to be afforded the gift of good health! Her own personal struggles with breast cancer, autoimmune disease and weight loss challenges make Liz uniquely qualified to guide and support her clients on their journey toward wellness. Liz graduated Magna Cum Laude with her Master’s Degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport, is a Level 2 certified CrossFit coach, a Level 2 certified Precision Nutrition coach and received training in the culinary arts from the French Culinary Institute in Manhattan. Liz’s philosophy embodies the belief that even the smallest changes to one’s diet and lifestyle can have a powerful impact on improving their health and that it’s never too late to be “A Little Healthier!”

Liz believes in treating the “root cause” of disease and imbalances through highly personalized, evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle protocols. Liz works together WITH her clients to help them every step of the way. Starting with a 75-minute initial consultation, Liz sets out to discover what YOU need and then rolls up her sleeves and gets to work to help you achieve it! From cooking lessons to pantry makeovers, grocery store tours to frequent follow-up visits to track progress and address challenges, Liz will be with you every step of the way with a guiding hand and a compassionate heart.
