I have struggled and overcome these challenges and my sole purpose is to help my clients resolve their health challenges through an individualized nutrition prescription so they can get back to the business of living!”

About Liz

Liz’s diverse background combines a deep devotion to the science of functional nutrition with a love of fitness, a passion for cooking and a wish for all individuals to be afforded the gift of good health! Her own personal struggles with breast cancer, autoimmune disease and weight loss challenges make Liz uniquely qualified to guide and support her clients on their journey toward wellness.

Liz graduated Magna Cum Laude with her Master’s Degree in Human Nutrition, is a Certified Nutrition Specialist and a Certified Dietician-Nutritionist.

Additional credentials include: Level 1 certified CrossFit coach, Level 2 certified Precision Nutrition coach and training in the culinary arts from the French Culinary Institute in Manhattan.

Liz’s philosophy embodies the belief that even the smallest changes to one’s diet and lifestyle can have a powerful impact on improving their health and that it’s never too late to be “A Little Healthier!”
